Reinforcement of Mask-Wearing Policy at Prometric Test Centers
Per continued expert advice regarding the importance of mask wearing to stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus and reduce the risk of transmission, Prometric will continue to require everyone who comes to one of our global testing centers to wear an approved face covering for the duration of their time at the location. This includes any staff and test takers, including those who have received the COVID-19 vaccine. Candidate Communications and Service
Prometric encourages candidates to utilize self-service tools for scheduling or rescheduling in-center or remote appointments whenever possible. This helps to ensure the quickest resolution to scheduling issues and keeps Candidate Cares resources available for those candidates who need manual assistance.

Site Status Updates
Prometric continues to update their Site Status and Site Closures lists daily on Prometric.com to capture any changes in program availability or occupancy restrictions at test centers, as well as reflect temporary closures due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Appointment Availability
While there continues to be high online traffic and call volume from candidates seeking appointments, availability for scheduling and rescheduling exams does exist. As an alternative, the ProProctor remote assessment platform, 24/7 testing remains available.
