Personal Statement
Never has there been a more critical and exciting time for Certified Case Managers and Disability Management Specialists. From continued technology advances in acute and chronic care treatment to assistive technologies that make it ever more possible to keep and return employees to work. The post COVID frontier will find us as Case Managers and Disability Management Specialists navigating an undefined chronic disease course. We will have to be both creative and flexible to help both employers and employees in returning to a new and yet to be redefined world of work. It is indeed an- exciting time and I look forward to serving the Commission and our Certificants.
