2. Quote statistics about human trafficking both globally and in the United States
3. List factors that put people at risk for being trafficked and those red flag warnings that medical professionals must be alert to for recognizing victims.
4. Discuss the trafficking of children and the special assessments and reporting of such victims.
5. Present the various educational opportunities available to medical professionals, as well as community members.
6. Explain the various assessment tools available to healthcare professionals to assist in the recognition of human trafficking victims and the process of referrals for those victims for help.
7. State the federal programs for discovering and interfering with the process of human trafficking along with the 24-hour hotlines for reporting human trafficking activity.
8. Explain referral sources and resources for those victims who wish to exit from their situation.
